CHEESE PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR - LEPRINO FOODS
Tuesday, October 6, 2009 at 12:31PM Position requires strong leadership by implementing programs in training, safety, communications, performance recognition, and internal employee development in order to ensure optimal employee performance in quality, safety, and production efficiency.
Bachelors Degree in Food Science or related discipline with 3-5 years production supervisory experience in a food plant environment, prior cheese knowledge preferred; proven record of leadership; knowledge and ability to manage continuous improvement processes highly desired; strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products, written and verbal communication skills to continue the flow of information to all levels of the organization, and familiarity or the willingness to learn SAP, or similar integrated manufacturing system.
