Welcome New Executive Director Janessa Smit
Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at 9:45PM The Allendale Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors is pleased to announce its recent hire of Janessa Smit, who will serve as the Executive Director of the organization.
Janessa has spent over nine years in the chamber business working at both the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce and the Muskegon Lakeshore Chamber of Commerce and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience.
“We are thrilled to have Janessa on board,” said 2013 Allendale Chamber Board President Deanna Engelman. “Her expertise will take the Allendale Chamber to the next level.”
Members will have their first opportunity to meet the new Executive Director at the upcoming Coffee and Networking being held on Tuesday, February 26 from 8:15am – 9:15am at Jet’s Pizza located at 5135 Lake Michigan Drive. Those planning to attend are asked to rsvp to aacc@allendalechamber.org.
