Ballot Language: “Shall Ordinance 2012-9, which was adopted by the Allendale Charter Township Board on November 12, 2012, and which conditionally rezoned property located at 10686 52nd Avenue and 15020 52nd Avenue from the R-1 Low Density One-Family Residential District to the R-4 Medium Density Multiple Family Residential/Office District, and which approved the conditions voluntarily offered to (1) provide a 100 foot wide landscaped buffer all along the 52nd Avenue Right of Way and also along a portion of the northern property line, and (2) extend Campus West Drive to connect with either 
52nd Avenue or Pierce Street, as mutually agreed upon by the Township Board and the property owner at the time the property is developed, take effect?’

In lieu of Boulevard Days, the Chamber has partnered with area businesses and organizations to host the first Allendale Good Ol’ Days on Saturday, May 25 from 10am – 2pm. There will be an Artisan Craft and Vendor Show in the park and a Rummage Show along Lake Michigan Drive in front of the Township building.
