Ada Limón is the author of five books of poetry, including a new book, The Carrying (August 2018). Her volume Bright Dead Things was named a finalist for several awards including the 2015 National Book Award in Poetry, the Kingsley Tufts Poetry Award, and the 2016 National Book Critics Circle Award. It also was named one of the top 10 poetry books of the year by The New York Times. Limón serves on the faculty of Queens University of Charlotte’s low-residency M.F.A. program. Carl Phillips is the author of 14 books of poetry, most recently Wild Is the Wind (FSG, 2018), and Reconnaissance (FSG, 2015), winner of the PEN USA Award and the Lambda Literary Award. His honors include the Los Angeles Times Book Prize for Poetry, the Kingsley Tufts Award, and the Kenyon Review Award for Literary Achievement. He has also received fellowships from the Guggenheim Foundation, the Library of Congress, and the Academy of American Poets. Phillips teaches at Washington University in St. Louis.
