Description
Join us weekly for Barre Fit at West Michigan Elite Pom & Dance! Classes take place Wednesday evenings from 8:15-9 PM and Saturday Mornings from 8-8:45 AM. Join us for a low intensity, high results workout! Barre originated and takes inspiration from Pilates, ballet, and other rehabilitative movements. At West Michigan Elite, we provide all necessary equipment including mats, weights, bands, balls, and more!
