Presentation by: Kelly Paiz - Maxwell Leadership Certified Team
Kelly began to dig deep into her leadership journey in 2018. With a 3-decade career in the banking
industry, it was time to think about what parts of the day-to-day brought the most fulfillment. After
digging deep and some serious soul-searching it became clear that helping others to achieve their
personal and professional goals was high on the list of things that brought joy to each day and made the
must-do things more rewarding. That realization is what lead her to the Maxwell Leadership Team and
in August 2019, she became a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member. Over the years she has
crafted a workstyle that would be described as influential, creative, and collaborative. Kelly’s input is
sought out by many as she is known to be honest with her feedback while being kind in her delivery.
Kelly is a proud mother of her daughter Hannah, and Grammy to Tripp. She values quality time with
family and friends and traveling with her husband, Joe. She can also be found working on projects in her
woodshop. She is active in her community and has led many community events as well as served as a
long-time board member of the Chamber of Commerce.
Kelly is known for her boundless energy and willingness to find the positive in any situation. She has led
highly successful teams during her banking career and her passion for developing leaders for tomorrow
has been a priority since she started in banking 30 years ago. She believes we should live each day doing things that will make us better today than we were the day before.
