Walking Fit with Northern Ivy Rehab

Walking Fit is a free walking group with Northern/Ivy Rehab. The group starts in the front of the clinic with a dynamic warmup then walks for an average of 1-2 miles around the condos behind the Allendale Township Library with a cool-down stretching routine at the end. The Walking Fit group is set up to encourage physical activity for adults of all ages in a socially supportive environment. Participants are encouraged to bring water and dress appropriately.
