‘Tis the Season for Giving

If your business or organization is looking for ways to give back, there are so many opportunities to support your community this holiday season!

-Allendale Public Schools is still accepting Holiday Helpers to "adopt" and provide presents for 60 families in the community this holiday season. For more information, contact Kari Wiersema at kwiersem@oaisd.org. 

-Valley Church Allendale hosts a Diaper Ministry throughout the year, however, the financial strain during the holidays for families already trying to make ends meet makes having access to diapers even more of a blessing. If you would like to donate items or host a diaper drive, contact the Valley Church Offices at valleyoffice@valleychurchallendale.org or 616-892-1042.

-Love I.N.C of Allendale supports families in need and those facing emergency situations. There are opportunities to support by donations of non-perishable food items and other gently used items (i.e. coats, gloves, and hats). 

- St. Luke University Parish and Christian Fellowship Assembly serve the community by providing food assistance through their food pantry and free dinners. They are accepting donations of non-perishable food items to restock their pantries! 

-Life Stream Church Food Pantry and Ripple Effect Resale Shoppe are working together to provide food to Allendale residents this winter. This is another location at which you can drop off non-perishable food items!
